“Can you text to and from anyone on this? I've got a Tab 4 and went to great lengths to have my previous tab phone number transferred for texting. When I tried to text, it said everyone had to download some software. Dumb.”

• My daughter downloaded an app that lets her receive her own phone number to text. Works really well.

• THIS IS NOT A CELL PHONE!!!!! It's a TABLET with WiFi Capability ONLY......Talk to your Cell Carrier about TABLETS FROM THEM that are Cell Capable (so you can TEXT....).
