• Just like the old discount prices on phones, that required a contract for the cheaper cost, you have the option to purchase tablet at a discount with a contract. I purchased outright at the higher price because my 4g use will be sporadic.

• It is the same with cell phones. If you buy it with a plan, it costs less. If you buy it without, it costs more.
