“I have tried several things with this tablet to get it to turn on. Just recently it stopped, no matter how long it is plugged into the charger. Yes the charger works, yes I have tried the prescribed hard restart. Any other suggestions?”

• Well, keep it plugged in and then hold down the power button plus the down-volume button for at least a minute. We're trying to do a reset, esp. if it goes into the boot menu. Have the tablet restart when you get to that boot menu.
