• I did not install zoom or ms mail on this tablet. I did on my previous generation tablet and it worked. For zoom you may want to invest in a pair of headphones. The sound quality will be much better

• I installed Skype on my tablet, and it worked well. Recipients of my calls said the audio was very good.
