• That did not happen to me. I went up to the first salesperson at Best Buy and ask him where the 2 items I wanted where they were in the store. The man working at Best Buy took me over to where they were, and showed me two different styles an I picked one. He carried both my tablet an the cover to a counteran put my tablet In the case that I picked out. He was very helpful an nice.
