Is this Tab A8 Phone and text message capable? null

Sorry, I'm really not sure to be honest. It only has wi-fi, so I think you could do wi-fi calling and texting if you do it over wi-fi. I think Samsung sells another Galaxy Tab that is data or cell capable as well as wi-fi but I don't believe it is this one.

I have been using this for several years. I used it when I was driving for Uber and Lyft. Texting and call’s where no problem. Map apps worked well also.
