No, the Galaxy Tab A9+ does not support playing audio through the headphone jack and a Bluetooth device simultaneously. While it has a "Dual audio" feature for two Bluetooth devices, it doesn't integrate wired and wireless outputs. However, you could utilize a physical Y-splitter cable to connect two wired headphones or a Bluetooth transmitter to achieve a similar result.
