On the website it says android 13 but when i shopped and opened mine it says android 14 on software information its pretty much best buy for not changing its website info yet i hope this helps somehow happy shopping :)

I brought this same tablet from Walmart it came with Android 13. I upgraded to Android 14 after installing a software update
