To get the discount you have to have a data plan, current is $10 a month for 2gb shareable with your phone. Else you have to pay full price and if you do then you get a plan when you want. I found that I never use that much, and I get roll over of the balance so am up o 3.5gb a month now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can because when I got mine it was a non-commitment price. I did not have it attached or connected to my present ATT plan. I just use it as a prepaid line...pay as you go, if you think you wanna use it only on important occasions.
