Not in the USA. I understand it is elsewhere (like Europe). Can't say about Canada or Mexico.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not in the United States. I can't say what's available in Canada or Mexico. It is WiFi/Bluetooth only and has no SIM card. However, if it is linked to your Samsung phone you can answer your phone on the tablet.

LTE tablets with an active SIM card or eSIM can send and receive calls and messages when connected to a network service. In contrast, Bluetooth tablets and LTE tablets without active network service can still make and receive calls and texts if they meet certain conditions: they must be connected to a Galaxy phone with active service, connected to a Wi-Fi network, signed in to the same Samsung account on both devices and have the "Call & Text on Other Devices" feature enabled.
