The advertised Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is a Wi-Fi enabled version that lacks the cellular connectivity needed in order to be added to a carrier's data network. All this tablet needs would be a steady Wi-Fi signal in order to be fully functional. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions for us. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra
