• The Samsung S2 comes with a micro USB wall charger provided by Samsung. You can use different micro USB chargers but it always works best to use the wall charger provided.

• Yes, it comes with a charger. Both the charger and USB cable are standard, so any micro USB cord and charger can be used. I can use the charger that came with my android phone with it.
