• Highly doubt it. I don't think the OS can support such a file. Don't forget, unless you are buying a Surface PRO, a tablet's OS is simular if not identical to the OS of a cell phone; only with a larger screen.

• Yes. Of course, it depends on which version you're using. I've used Photoshop, Corel, and Sketchbook on the Samsung, and I've had no problems as of yet. Great product for artists!
