Dose this s4Tab have A sim card ceullar capable? null

No for this one. I would recommend going to a cellular dealership or in this case, go to a best buy employee to see which ones are available to purchase with SIM car capability. I just bought the standard edition for school purposes.

Unless you pay extra and buy the model that's designed for phone use, this model does not take sims.
