• You can try this: https://www.amazon.com/MyGica-Watching-Anywhere-Freeview-Receiver/dp/B09MLT465N I have not tried it, and there appear to be various android versions with audio issues, but you need a tuner in order to be able to watch TV over the air and this is the only one I could find.

• No. You'd need a TV and an antenna with HDMI converter. This tablet is for WiFi/Internet use only. If you had a cell phone with hotspot you'd be able to get the internet but at that point you'd may as well just use your phone.
