I would recommend buying a tablet with additional memory. I used the additional memory card, but that just became too cumbersome. In the long run you will appreciate that you did. I had a 16GB and upgraded to the 128GB. Larger screen and more memory

Only if the app you are using has the option to store on an SD card. If not, try an app called "SanDisk Memory Zone". It's free and no ads. Works great for transferring different types of files to and from a CD card.
