• No, at least not in the traditional way. You wouldn't be able to run a desktop version of steam, as this doesn't run an actual desktop OS. You could however download the steam link app and stream compatible tablet games from your PC to your tablet. This solution would require a high-speed internet connection though.

• Yes via steam link even the 6gb ram model does a pretty good job of it

• Steamlink is the way to go and although tablet certified remote play games are fewer, you can actually launch any game up on it, i think the main bottleneck is the control layout, if the game can use a controller you should be good. still need the decent wifi though.
