Does the S7+ have a power off timer setting? null

I have never seen a phone or tablet that can be set on a timer that will shut it down all the way. You can set the display time out but they just go into low power mode till till the battery runs out.

Yes, you have to set it for how long you want it on it's in the on-screen settings.
