• Per the doc I have read, this tablet will be supported for about 4yrs. Since Android version release is beyond Samsung's control, it is hard to say when or if future versions of Android will be supported. This is very different for Apple devices since Apple controls its OS. I have an old iPad 10.5" from 2017 that still gets current iOS updates.
