“I have heard that this tablet has some ghosting issues. I found a display model and I could see the blur that people have talked about when scrolling. Is this a bug or a feature, and does it affect normal usage (playing games, watching movies)?”

This is definitely an issue. I traded in my wonderful Tab S7 for a Tab S8, and am regretting it. The Tab S7 had no noticeable ghosting, while the Tab S8 has awful, streaky ghosting (yes, even at 120hz). Additionally, the response time seems to be slower, as the trail behind my S-Pen takes longer to appear than it did on my Tab S7. If you're thinking of buying this, I would either go for the Tab S7 or the Tab S8+. If you're thinking of upgrading to this model, don't.
