Not if you got the standard tablet. You will have to get one that has a cell/mobile radio, likely from a carrier or on Samsung's website.

No, the Galaxy Tab S9+ is a Wi-Fi enabled tablet so it lacks the cellular capabilities needed in order to utilize a SIM card or to be utilized by a cellular carrier on their network. This tablet works best on a steady Wi-Fi connection. With the Call & text on other devices feature, you can make and receive calls on your tablet as long as it's signed into the same Samsung account as your phone. You can also send messages.
