The advertised Galaxy Tab S9 FE is a Wi-Fi enabled tablet that lacks cellular capabilities; it would require a steady Wi-Fi signal in order for it to be fully functional. You may be looking for an LTE/cellular version of this tablet if you are wanting to add a SIM card which would require a cellular carrier to provide mobile services to the tablet when you are not in the presence of a Wi-Fi connection.
