SO CONSUMER STILL OWES ME A PHONE COST OF $200 PLUS A BUNCH OF OVERNIGHT SHIPPING THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR. RIPPPED ME OFF SENDING A PHONE I NEVER OPENED. 2ND ONE THEY SOLD ME. I AM CHANGING CARRIERS RIGHT AFTER SEEING TO MY HOME TAXES. CONSUMER RIP OFF. THEY CLAIM I BROKE SCREEN BUT I NEVER REMOVED FROM BOX. VERY CRUSHED BOX SOME PERHAPS IT HAD A BROKEN SCREEN BUT THEY SHOULD INSURE ALL THE TIME LIKE I do .
