But after updates all is usually A Very Good End result. But months later. Their should be a Small Group of Programmers dedicated to the Show Stopper/temporary Fix that could simply become part of yearly updates. There is a Fine Balance between how long will users accept late updates and scrap the phone. I'm going to a Moto G Stylus because my Other phone no stylus is acting up already. Plus I was Ripped Off Completely when they mailed me back a broken screen and you need to look long to find it. SOO HARD TO SEE, BUT CHARGED FOR ANOTHER PHONE WHEN THE ONLY REASON I HAD IT WAS Consumer cellular Tech did not know ANYTHING and talked me into buying a phone from Consumer. In the meantime I go to Target and my original Target purchased Consumer cellular. Tech had it connected to Consumer network, my old number. Backup my phone from back up and I didn't need Consumers Tech, who:s Major job is connecting people buying their phones DO NOT NO HOW. SENT ME A SECOND PHONE WHICH I NEVER OPENED BECAUSE TARGET FIXED THE CONSUMER PHONE TARGET SOLD ME. SO CONSUMER STILL OWES ME A PHONE COST OF $200 PLUS A BUNCH OF OVERNIGHT SHIPPING THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR. RIPPPED ME OFF SENDING A PHONE I NEVER OPENED. 2ND ONE THEY SOLD ME. I AM CHANGING CARRIERS RIGHT AFTER SEEING TO MY HOME TAXES. CONSUMER RIP OFF. THEY CLAIM I BROKE SCREEN BUT I NEVER REMOVED FROM BOX. VERY CRUSHED BOX SOME PERHAPS IT HAD A BROKEN SCREEN BUT THEY SHOULD INSURE ALL THE TIME LIKE I do .
