• Yes, you can use a web browser to access your Google Drive. Also, there is a Google app in the Windows Store that lets you access you Drive, Photos, Email, etc.

• Yes you can. It is the full Windows 10 just like a desktop.

• Absolutely yes. That's really one of the things that makes it okay that the hard drive on this computer is only 128GB. I use Google Drive and Microsoft's One Drive for all my file storage.
