“What do I have to do to get one that works? I bought one of the Gear ones refurbished which did not work. So I returned it to my local store in Cumming and the same day purchased the Active version new. Now the sensor on this one is not working.”

• So, watch less than 90 days old. I had the Geek Squad Protection Plan on it for two years. They did replace it however I had to buy the protection plan again (not even at a discounted rate). It seems like if I buy a two year plan on a product it ought to stay good for two years.

• Just take it back for peace of mind buy the same new and that way if anything happens they will furnish a new one or allow you to a refund. Well worth it
