• Any 20mm band with quick release will work. You dont need a tool to remove the straps, theres a sliding pin that you can use to very quickly remove/swap bands. Id recommend searching online for "20mm quick release watch bands".

• It dies have quick release bands. However, I think the band's are 20mm. But I could be wrong.
