“if my watch is 10 months old but not working what are my options to get it fixed?”

• If Best Buy warranty purchased, it will be replaced in store immediately. If no Best Buy warranty, send to company for repair. Unfortunately, this is a long process, you will be without watch for several months. First watch, sent in for repair, was not repaired, but was replaced. Received back over three months later.
