• You can text and email from the watch. You can answer calls, but there is no speaker on the watch. You would have to have a bluetooth head set to hear and speak.

• Yes, you can send and respond to texts, and you can answer a call, but not speak through the watch. Some of the text features aren't available with an iPhone.
