• A:Answer I believe you can use any carrier because it's not carrier based. Also, it's not even phone brand based either. Thus, you can use any carrier & many different versions of iPhones & Android based phones! Though, if you use a Samsung phone, it'll be so super-duper easy to set up! My wife loves her new watch! There is a little funny business with the step counter though. We exchanged it and the new one has the same funny business, so, I guess it's just the way it is. Despite the funny business with the step counter, my wife loves this watch so much, she is happy to keep it! If she's happy, I'm happy too! Hope this helps!

Q: QuestionWill this watch work with any 22mm watch band? Does it have a quick release? If not, does it come with a tool to change the band? The rubberized bands sweat me too much.

• A:Answer Any 20mm band with quick release will work. You dont need a tool to remove the straps, theres a sliding pin that you can use to very quickly remove/swap bands. Id recommend searching online for "20mm quick release watch bands".

Q: QuestionWhat do I have to do to get one that works? I bought one of the Gear ones refurbished which did not work. So I returned it to my local store in Cumming and the same day purchased the Active version new. Now the sensor on this one is not working.

• A:Answer So, watch less than 90 days old. I had the Geek Squad Protection Plan on it for two years. They did replace it however I had to buy the protection plan again (not even at a discounted rate). It seems like if I buy a two year plan on a product it ought to stay good for two years.

• A:Answer yes, you get Samsung pay. It works with NFC checkouts at stores (more and more stores support NFC payment). All you do is hold down the home button and Samsung pay opens up so you can use your watch to pay ( I would recommend setting a pin for the pay feature so people can't just take your watch and start buying things).

Theres a continuous option, and different intervals: continuous, once every 10 minutes, once every hour, or whatever interval you like. If you use continuous HR monitoring, beware that the battery will likely only last for a day and a half.

• A:Answer Its a fully fleshed out smartwatch. It handles notifications, allows you to play/stop/skip music, monitory your steps, heart rate, sleep quality and duration, and even supports some third party apps. If you want nearly everything a top of the line smartwatch (like the Apple Watch) can do at half the price, this is pretty much for you. The one drawback is that it doesn't have built in speakers for music and calling so you'll have to have earbuds or headphones in for that.

• A:Answer Short answer: No, it does not. Long answer: It MIGHT in the future. For a lot of watches and fitness trackers, there's already software within the watch for a blood pressure monitor. However, it hasn't been approved yet, so they cannot activate it for users. I'm honestly not sure if this one has the software, BUT it might and I'm thinking that might be why you got mixed answers. But at the moment, no it doesn't have one.
