There is no sensor for blood pressure on this watch. There is a heart rate monitor, but that is all for vital sensors.

I just bought this watch a month ago. It still has the heart rate feature within the samsung heath app. As long as that is on the watch you can track your heart rate. It does not show automatically on all watch faces but you can choose one that does if you dont want to go into the health app to use it.
