• The watch does not track blood pressure but it does regularly check your heart rate and you're stress levels. You can set it to do it automatically or between certain intervals. It's best to keep the watch a little above your wrist bone to check both measurements. If its directly on the wrist bone it won't be able to read your pulse and it won't show a reading.
