For a blood pressure reading, you would need a cuff and a sphygmomanometer to detect the systolic (upper) and diastolic (lower) readings. You need to be sitting still, not eating, drinking, or talking. Even if a watch had a claim to be able to read blood pressure, I simply would never trust that claim. Perhaps you were thinking of checking your heart rate, which is not the same as blood pressure.
