“I have a Samsung SM-J410G with Android 8.1.0. I live in Mexico and have Mexican cell service (Telcel) but my cell phone also works in the USA (TMobile when in USA). Will this work in both USA and MX? Also, is there now blood pressure monitoring? Thanks.”

I believe the watch should work pretty much anywhere. A long as you have a compatible phone, it will connect to it as well. I don't think location has anything to do with functionality of the watch.
