I don't know if Medtronic can be downloaded to the watch. But the watch does have a continual pulse rate feature which monitors the heart rate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried to search for that app in the galaxy store and could not fine it. However, the top two for heart rate monitoring I did see was Friss and Heartby. I don't know much about heart monitoring apps but maybe this can help.
