Salutations, thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra. The Galaxy Watch Ultra counts your number of steps, measures the distance traveled, calories burned, and floors climbed. Your distance reflects the miles you have traveled. I would recommend is making sure that when you're using the treadmill, you are moving your arms as steps/distance are not counted when there is no hand movement detected while exercising. For example, steps may not be recorded when pushing a lawn mower or stroller because your hands are not moving. The watch is intended to calculate real step counts while walking. If you have any other questions for us, feel free to reach back out. Thank you for being a faithful Samsung customer. - Debra
