Please try again later.Galaxy watch 4 and 5 look very similar but are not the same in the sense that the watch 4 uses Tizen as the operating system and the 5 uses UI which is more open to the use of google apps. There is a variety of extra apps that you can use and integrate into the watch while the watch 4 stays within the samsung platform using Tizen which is still nice but not to friendly with google app store or apps outside of the platform
