“Why does this not work on Verizon wireless? I had to return my watch because no one (Verizon, best buy, Samsung) could get it activated. Seems like that should be good upfront.”

I have Verizon Wireless and I activated/setup this watch and also connected it to the Galaxy Wearable app on my phone.

My phone is a galaxy Note9 and i was told it was too old to connect.

I had a difficult time getting mine activated with att but finally got someone that knew what they were doing.

It does work with Verizon Wireless but you have to call them to activate it. The tech people I talked to knew exactly what needed to be done.

Your Watch must of been a dud, or you didn't set it up with Verizon Wireless. Mine works wonderful with Verizon Wireless once I set it up with Verizon Wireless.
