“Does it work with GPS, NFC, BT and WIFI turned off? When off work I just need a watch without it snooping on me and the display model kept turning GPS on when I turned it off. Do I need to put it in airplane mode and will it tell time in such?”

When in Airplane mode it will let it just display the watch face to tell time only menu is still available as well as settings but no "internet" connection.
