Is this watch 4g lte or is it 3g i ask because i tried getting a e-sim for it by my provider and they told me it was a 3g device null

It has both available, although 3G will be gone in many countries soon. The short answer is 4G and 3G is currently available but will default to 4G unless you change settings.
