It can sense for a hard fall, just go into settings scroll down to safety and emergency and enable fall detection you can also send out an SOS as well, but keep in mind if you have the LTE model you don't need your phone by you to send out an SOS but if you have the GPS model SM-R910 you will need to have your phone with you and your watch paired with it to send out an SOS

The Samsung Galaxy Watch5 does come with fall detection and 911 alerts, and the watch does have a microphone and speaker built-in, so 911 could talk to you from your wrist. The only thing to keep in mind is if you got the BT version, it still would need a Bluetooth connection to your phone to make those calls, as opposed to the LTE. That said, I actually own the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 myself, and the range on Bluetooth is quite strong.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It has that feature, have not tried. I'd Youtube and look for a video, lots on the Watch 5 and it has exactly the same software as the 5 Pro. Should be able to get your question answered.
