• It should to a good extent. It will show sunrise and sunset if you use a compatible watch face.

• I've had no issues tracking steps while pushing my a stroller or a cart. As for sunrise and sunset, there might be a watch face on the Play store that has that feature, but none of the standard faces that come with the watch have it as far as I'm aware.
