1. Yes. Watch is a bit large for that size. I probably should have gotten the slightly smaller size. I wear 7.5 gloves at work. Wrist slightly larger than average. 2. Band is a little uncomfortable; looking for new one. 3. I don't know answer to this.

It's just perfect for me and my large wrists, but both my roommate and his girl struggle with it's size. The watch Band is actually very adjustable. Even of the watch itself is too big for your wrists, the Band itself most likely will fit just fine. Lastly, the watch supports roaming in North and South America (depending on your carrier). And I'm pretty sure I heard some Swedish and German people complaining about not being able to use LTE on their watch. I'm not sure if you can't use LTE outside of the American continent, but it seems likely.
