I've used 22mm pins to attach any band that doesn't have the connector to the watch on it.

The Galaxy Watch7 bands include a one-click button design that lets you change out the watch bands whenever you like. You can push the button to connect a band, and then push the button again to release the band. You would need to use a 20mm band with this specific size.
