• A:Answer It takes less than an hour to fully charge. Yesterday I was very active and did sleep monitoring. By the time I woke up my watch was at 20%. It definitely won't last 2 days.

• A:Answer Yes. I bought a multicolored set on Amazon. Very easy to change. There is a button on either side under the watch to release the band to change out.
