• You can use it with any android as the Samsung Health app is available on the Google Play Store, but it cannot connect to apple devices.

Yes, the advertised Galaxy Watch8 can connect to non-Samsung Android phones running Android 11 or higher via the Galaxy Wearable app. While most features work, some, such as ECG, require a Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
