“The heart rate is not accurate. While at rest, it appear to be accurate, but when I'm moving around or doing any light exercising, walking, etc, the rate jumps up to unrealistic numbers (90-130), then never seems to settle down.”

I experience the same. Sounds like your activity level is similar to mine. I don't think it's all that uncommon for our heart rates to reach 90-130 when active. I notice that same thing
