It does not. The built-in sensor is on the underside of the watch. It is picky and does not work consistently.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No it does not. The heart sensor is actually located on the bottom of the watch (under the screen). It takes your pulse from your wrist instead of having to wear the chest piece to calculate your rate.

Also there is no extra added attachments that can be added to the device how ever it ive tested it against a chest strap and just using it on my wrist and the results seem to be the same for my test.
