You have the choice. It's all about wear you answer your phone. If you select to answer the phone on the watch, it will go to the watch. If you get your phone out and answer on the phone itself, it will go to your bluetooth headset

Please try again later.So I bought one of these and tried it out with my blue tooth headset and if I had the bluetooth paired with the gear 2 I could only listen to music via bluetooth and calls could only be on speaker with the gear 2. If I paired bluetooth with my phone I could still dial the number from my gear 2 and talk from Bluetooth but no capability to listen to music on the gear 2 anymore... its either, or, which makes this device too expensive for the things it's able to do so I returned it.
