• I use the GoPro tripod that can wrap around anything it also had a screw on attachment for the 360...but also get something long because the pics will turn out awesome!

• I just use a baseball bat and some duct tape. My friend says that it's also compatible with a broomstick but I have not confirmed that. You're welcome.
