Good thing about this being a headphone is that you can put both ears on and listen to the person on the other side better. I did have a few complaints from friends that heard an echo on my voice while wearing the headphones but it wasn't all the time. Other than that it worked great for phone calls and I am using it as my main bluetooth headset.

Simple answer is great most people can not tell I am using a headset or a cell phone. Remember call quality also is a function of your provider.

Sound quality is pretty good. Sound volume is not bad once you download the app. I do not hear real well due to many years of heavy equipment operation and can get enough volume to hear well.

They work great with phone calls. I have an iPhone 6 plus. Connects immediately. Making calls was also easy, hands free. Picks up voice commands and the volume for calls is excellent.

The phone quality is not all that great. It picks up all background noise.
